Transflo honored for fostering diversity and career development for women in logistics.
TAMPA, Fla., (Nov. 3, 2022) – Transflo, a leading mobile and cloud-based platform that automates and unifies supply chain processes and mobility, today announced it has been recognized as a 2022 “Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation” by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of Women In Trucking (WIT). The organization’s mission is to encourage the employment of women in the trucking industry, promote their accomplishments, and minimize the obstacles they face.
The characteristics that distinguish companies recognized on this list, include corporate cultures that foster gender diversity; competitive compensation and benefits; flexible work hours; professional development support; and career advancement opportunities. The Women In Trucking Association determines companies on this list with a two-step process. First, nominations of the companies are received and carefully reviewed to ensure they qualify and meet the minimum qualifications. Then, the final ballot of companies is voted on by individuals in the industry. This year marks the fifth year of this prestigious recognition program that has garnered more than 22,000 votes to identify the final companies named to the list.

This year, the list is comprised of a diverse range of business sectors in the commercial freight transportation space, including motor carriers, third-party logistics companies, technology companies, and original equipment manufacturers. These companies will be recognized at the upcoming WIT Accelerate! Conference & Expo on Nov. 13-16 in Dallas.
