The Transflo leadership team is a diverse group of experienced freight professionals with tenured backgrounds and high-level expertise in SaaS technology, freight brokerage, and fleet management. Renee Krug was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Transflo in early 2022. She has a diverse background in the freight industry, having served as a leader at a Fortune 100 shipper, a top 10 broker, and the largest TL carrier in the US. Prior to joining Transflo, Renee served as CFO and then CEO at GlobalTranz, where she led revenue growth from $300 million to $2 billion through organic expansion and 11 acquisitions. She has also held leadership roles at Clear Channel Outdoor, Knight-Swift, and Honeywell. In 2018, Renee was recognized with the “Distinguished Woman in Logistics Award” by the Women in Trucking Association. She currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her family.
Bill Vitti was appointed President and Chief Revenue Officer of Transflo in early 2022. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the transportation industry to the company. Previously, Bill served as Chief Commercial Officer for Truckstop.com, where he contributed to the company’s valuation reaching over $1 billion. He has also held leadership positions at Swift Logistics, Swift Transportation, and has experience working on the carrier, shipper, and broker side, as well as in 3PL and freight software. This diverse background gives him a unique 360-degree perspective of the marketplace. Bill holds an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University and a BBA from Saginaw Valley State University.
Justin King was appointed as Chief Product Officer in mid-2022. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial technology industry, including a tenure at Visa where he held various product management and fintech partnership positions. King also has experience in transportation technology, having served as SVP of Product for Comdata’s North America Trucking division and as Head of Product Innovation at Fleetcor. He holds a BA from the College of Idaho and an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and currently resides in Franklin, Tennessee.
Salem Elnahwy is an industry veteran, with a career spanning 20 years in the freight industry and 29 years in technology. He joined Transflo in 2003 bringing a wealth of knowledge and ingenuity to the organization. Salem’s dedication to staying current in his field is evident in his education and certifications. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Alexandria, Egypt, graduating with honors. He also holds a Cybersecurity Risk Management Certification from Harvard University. Salem’s contributions to the industry have been widely recognized, including being a co-panelist on technology in trucking webinar published through Transport Topics Magazine, a guest lecturer on technology in trucking & logistics at the University of South Florida College of Supply Chain Management. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Salem is also a black belt in Taekwondo.
Cameron Eastman, a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in high-growth firms, joined Transflo as Chief Financial Officer in mid-2022. He began his career at Deloitte, where he gained a strong foundation in accounting and finance. Throughout his career, Eastman has built and led successful finance teams, serving as Divisional CFO and focusing on organic growth, M&A and joint ventures. Prior to joining Transflo, he served as Vice President of Finance at Kantata, where he led a successful private equity deal and merger with Kimble. Eastman holds a B.A. in economics with an accounting minor from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He currently resides in Southern California with his family and enjoys surfing and golfing in his free time.
Doug Schrier is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in innovation, technology, and management across a range of industries. As the SVP of Strategy and Partnerships at Transflo, he is responsible for driving the company’s strategic direction and building key relationships. Prior to joining Transflo, Doug served as the VP of Continuous Improvement and Program Management at Covenant Transportation Group, a leading transportation and logistics company with $700M in annual revenue. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Kennesaw State University (formerly Southern Polytechnic State University).
Mario Duckett has more than 30 years of experience in the technical and business development fields of document management, capture, automation, workflow, robotic process automation, and business process outsourcing. He joined Transflo in June 2022 with a strong background in the transportation and financial services industries. Throughout his career, Mario has leveraged his passion for technology to solve business problems and achieve business outcomes. He holds a BA from Rider University and an MBA from the same institution. A resident of Princeton, NJ, Mario is committed to staying current in his field and delivering outstanding results for customers.
Rob Brunton is an experienced operations leader with over two decades of background in the back-office operations of major businesses, such as ClearChannel, Swift Transportation, and GlobalTranz. Currently holding the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Transflo, he has been instrumental in the launch of Intelligent Automation for Brokers and Factors, along side other significant operational improvements. Certified as a Franklin Covey Trainer for 4DX, and highly trained in Lean Six Sigma and Process Improvement, Rob is a native of Mesa, AZ, and is married to Rebecca. They are proud parents to three children, Kayla, Chloe, and Robert, who take up much of their free time. His interests outside of work include attending concerts, festivals, and other live musical events.
Peter Rhode has been with Transflo since 2007 and has held various positions, including Director of the implementation team and member of the digital transformation team. He has contributed to the development of the Transflo Mobile platform and the launch of the Transflo ELD solution, and was part of the team awarded a patent for Transflo’s document recognition process. Before joining Transflo, Peter worked on operational performance management solutions for various organizations. He holds an MBA from European University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Concordia University.
Allyson Spaventa, Vice President of People & Culture, brings with her over a decade of experience in human resources leadership. Prior to joining Transflo, she served as the Head of Human Resources at CenterSquare Investment Management, VP of Human Resources at Atlas Energy, and VP of Human Resources at Lombard International. Allyson’s expertise in building and nurturing company culture, talent management, and employee engagement has been recognized with several awards and special recognition throughout her career. She holds a BS in Communications from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. With her background in human resources and her passion for people and culture, Allyson is poised to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to Transflo as we continue to grow and evolve as a company.
David Reeves is a seasoned executive in customer excellence with a passion for the user experience and customer journey. With over 25 years of experience leading teams and driving growth in customer success, he is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience at Transflo. Prior to joining Transflo, David held leadership roles at Grainger and Verizon Connect, where he drove unprecedented growth. David is an active member of his community in Bellbrook, OH where he resides with his family and is an accomplished Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete, who is also a coach to his students. His passion is giving back to his students and community.
Emily Stratton is a visionary leader in the transportation industry, bringing a wealth of expertise to her role as Vice President of Customer Solutions at Transflo. With a proven track record of success, Emily has been instrumental in launching the innovative Broker Intelligent Automation Platform, and she expertly oversees the Solutions Architect, Project Management, and Implementation teams. Her commitment to corporate responsibility and passion for driving employee engagement and morale is demonstrated through her leadership in establishing Transflo’s culture group “Engage.” Before her tenure at Transflo, Emily made her mark at GlobalTranz, a top 10 Freight broker, where she successfully led teams and implemented groundbreaking automated processes. A seasoned professional and Arizona native, Emily has a unique background in competitive, coed ice hockey, and is proud to be a married mother of two active children.
