Empowering Growth, Inspiring Change

At Transflo, our corporate mission is to be the trusted industry leader delivering innovative customer-focused technology that connects and drives results in the supply chain. But our culture and values touch so much more. They are important to how we contribute to charitable organizations like Jared Box, how we build community through Engage, how we recognize each other internally, and how we interact with our customers every day.

Engage & Giving Back

Engage helps build upon Transflo’s culture by connecting our staff across functions, departments, and borders. The mission is to network, share experiences, give back to our communities, support causes that matter to our people, and have fun doing it.

Examples of organizations Engage has helped include The Jared Box Project, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, Second Stride, and the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer movement.

In November 2023, Transflo and Bregal Sagemount announced a $100,000 grant to The Jared Box Project. The grant funded the creation of 1,500 Jared Boxes to be distributed to children at hospitals. It also funded the creation of a Communications and Outreach Program at the organization, including staffing, promotional videos, marketing materials, guidebook creation, and more.
