Transflo Introduces Transflo Engage, Adding Driver-Satisfaction Surveys to the Mobile+ Platform


TAMPA, Florida (October 7, 2019)—Transflo today introduced Transflo Engage, giving fleets the ability to measure driver satisfaction directly from within the Transflo Mobile+ app using the People Element employee engagement platform.

People Element’s platform is a powerful and intuitive technology that fleet managers and HR professionals can use to create, automate, and deliver custom surveys to drivers via their mobile device. It can measure driver engagement, their commitment to the organization, and intention to stay, while helping employers take a proactive approach to addressing turnover and the cost associated with it.
